Remote Support From ZEN

Depending on the circumstances, our HelpDesk may need to ‘connect’ to your computer, so that we can use your computer as if we were sitting in front of your computer in your office. By doing this, we can diagnose and resolve more complex problems remotely, saving you money and time.

We use TeamViewer to ‘connect’ to your computer. The ‘Quick Support’ version does not permanently install any software on your computer and is ideal for “one off” connections.
